Welcome to Wetherby Pembridge Minors, a thoroughly happy, caring and safe place where children are at the very heart of all we do, and where every child is valued and respected as a distinctly unique and capable individual. 

A child’s first experience of school’ is crucial for laying the foundations on which they build their future education. With the highest aspirations and expectations, coupled with exceptional support from our teaching team, we are proud to witness our pupils at Wetherby Pembridge Minors develop into kind, resilient and independent individuals who are more than ready for their next stage of education. 

The nursery years need to be a time when learning and fun go hand in hand within a stimulating and thoughtfully planned environment. At Wetherby Pembridge Minors, we nurture and extend children’s skills through purposeful, stimulating play and exploration in a relaxed, positive atmosphere, which, together with our high expectations, encourage a genuine love of learning and, in turn, outstanding educational and personal-social progression.

Our Curriculum

Keeping the individual child at the core of all we do, we provide a meticulously planned and personalised curriculum, delivered by highly experienced teachers, to enable children to thrive, cultivate a true love of learning and create the most robust foundations possible for all that is yet to come.

Our holistic and aspirational curriculum is based on the framework of the early years foundation stage (EYFS). It is skills-based, meaning the teaching team can tailor the curriculum content to reflect the individual needs and interests of the children, thus accelerating engagement and progress.
