The Ofsted report represents a wonderful reflection of the care, commitment and ambition that our team brings to the nursery every day, and acknowledges what a happy and joyful place Wetherby Pembridge Minors is for the children who attend. It also recognises the strong partnership we have with families and we remain enormously grateful, as ever, for your trust and support.

Following on from the success of this first inspection at WPM, we are ambitious for the future. As we continue to embed and further sharpen the excellent practice recognised by Ofsted, ‘exceptional’ is the standard we will aspire to. Reaching this highest judgement requires practice to be sustained and consistently embedded over time, and as a newly registered setting, it was a less realistic outcome at this stage. We are, however, incredibly excited about the journey ahead. We can expect our next inspection to be in four years time and will use those years to continue to build on the very strong foundations already established.
